Hotel Information
It has been impossible to guarantee a substantial block of rooms for our conference in Manhattan in 2009 in any single location. I believe it not wise to reserve smaller blocks of rooms at different locations because we expose ourselves financially when we book these rooms. Furthermore, hotels are unwilling to guarantee prices for more than two weeks since prices are inconstant flux. I am therefore listing the four most convenient and best priced hotels we have explored. Obviously, since Manhattan is very well served with subway and taxis, any hotel you may discover at your preferred price point is convenient. I therefore urge you to book early (or late) at any hotel of your choice in Manhattan. There are always special on-line discounts of which I am sure you are aware.
Grazie, Franco Ricci
