Jan Macian
Jan Macian (Ph.D. The Ohio State University) has research interests in foreign language pedogogy, TA training and technology. She has co-authored A Conocernos and Amistades, elementary college-level Spanish texts and De Paseo, an intermediate college-level Spanish text. As Director of the Spanish Language Program, she supervises and coordinates the Elementary Language Program, participates in the annual 801 Graduate Teacher Training Workshop, teaches the 801 Seminar, Teaching Spanish at the College Level, and is the Chair of the Language Studies Committee. She has taught Spanish, French and English at the middle school and secondary level as well as courses at the elementary, intermediate, advanced, and graduate level at The Ohio State University.
