  practicing analysis, static images, photoshop, constructing arguments, thinking about choices

  practicing analysis, moving images, flash, assignment 1a due

  practicing analysis on sound only files, audacity, soundtracks, soundbytes, radio, music, assignment 1b due

  iMovie, composing with continuous motion (vs. stop motion), analyzing 'found' objects/cultural artefacts, introduce final project, introduce assignment 2, assignment 1c and portfolio due

  practice analyzing found objects (class brings them in), assess what skills the class wants to practice to prepare for final project, assignment 2 presentations

  teach based on class needs, review each group's final project primary texts, studio time
