The Acting Company

Jonathan Putnam (Jon) is CATCO’s Associate Artistic Director whose complete history goes all the way back to the 1950s. Previously this season, he directed Ghost Light: The Shorts Festival, and played an elf in The Santaland Diaries and a lizard in Seascape.

Ben Tebbe (Ben), from Indianapolis, is very excited to be making his CATCO debut.  Regional credits include Twelfth Night, Romeo & Juliet, A Christmas Carol, and Amadeus at the Indiana Repertory Theatre; Urinetown, the Musical and Orson’s Shadow at the Phoenix Theatre; Gorey Stories with ShadowApe Theatre Company; and Death and the Maiden with Heartland Actors’ Repertory Theatre where he is a founding company member.  A proud Equity member, he earned his B.A. in theatre from Marian College in Indianapolis, and when not on stage he travels all over the Midwest speaking to high school students for Making It Count.

Tod Zimmerman (Tod) is excited to be returning to CATCO where he previously played the roles of Brick in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Frank Versati in The Underpants and one of the dudes in Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). Other favorite roles include Barry Champlain in Talk Radio (Upstairs Theatre Company) and the title role in Macbeth (Arizona Repertory Theatre). Zimmerman holds a BFA in acting/directing from the University of Arizona and currently resides in Phoenix.
