Just south of Bedford, this folk museum consists of about forty
log cabins or shops once standing in various parts of Pennsylvania.
Some are over two hundred years old, and the entire village vividly
recalls the days of the British Borderers, a time when the Appalachian
region marked the outer limits of the English language in North
America.
